Here I will share my daily food. I don’t always eat all the healthy food. I like variety and simple. I am working on having more fruits and vegetables and whole foods. For my lifestyle I do have some processed foods. I cook for my hubby and one of our sons so I fix foods that both of them will eat.

This is just a way for me to document my journey and is unique to me. I am not selling anything or getting paid for anything on or through this website. It is a way for Rese and I to have accountability to each other and to ourselves.
