
I’m excited to share my weight progress weekly here! Please know that this is all about support and positivity, and I celebrate my commitment to tracking my weight. In fact, I weigh myself every day but will update you weekly. Throughout this journey, I’ve cultivated a wonderful relationship with my scale, viewing it as a helpful tool and guiding compass. It doesn’t determine my self-worth; instead, it provides insight into my journey. As a woman navigating post-menopause after having my thyroid removed, I embrace the natural fluctuations in my weight. It’s simply a way for me to gauge if I’m moving in the right direction. Occasionally, I may stray from my path, and my scale kindly reminds me to realign with my health goals. I’ve noticed that not weighing consistently can lead to unexpected weight gain, so for me, regular weigh-ins are key. Ultimately, I encourage everyone to find what best suits their own journey!
