- Feel free to reach out by sending it via email to reseandjan@icloud.com or by texting (903) 850-7373. Rest assured, both methods ensure that only Rese or Jan will see this information, giving you the privacy you deserve.
- You can submit it via the Getting Healthy with Rese and Jan Challenge Group under that week’s placeholder. This way of submission doesn’t allow for the anonymity that some people seek, as your posts will be visible to other group members who may have access to the challenge discussions and comments, potentially impacting your comfort level and willingness to share your weight openly.
